Standard Terms and Booking Conditions

Deposit

  • A deposit of 50 % of the total accommodation (with a minimum value of 1 night’s accommodation) is required within 48 hours after making the reservation to secure such a reservation.
  • Please forward the relevant credit card information or

Payment options

  • Please forward the relevant credit card information or

Cancellation policy

  • Our cancellation policy automatically applies with each booking made.
  • Minimum fee for any cancellation is ZAR 250.
  • More then 28 days prior forfeit 10 % of the total amount.
  • 21-28 days prior forfeit 25 % of the total amount.
  • 14-21 days prior forfeit 50 % of the total amount.
  • 7-14 days prior forfeit 75 % of the total amount.
  • Less than 7 days prior forfeit 100 % of the total amount.
  • In the event of premature departure the full extend of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.

Tariffs

  • Tariffs are inclusive of VAT.

Check in/out

  • Check-in time 14h00
  • Check-out time 11h00
  • Late Check-in by arrangement

Children

  • Children above the age of 12 are welcome.

Pets

  • We love animals, but as there are dogs on the farm we cannot accommodate further pets.

Right to alter tariffs

  • Fraai Uitzicht 1798 reserves the right to alter or amend tariffs and tariff periods without prior notice

Idemnity

  • Management and staff or any other person associated with Fraai Uitzicht 1798 will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness incurred or suffered by any guests or any other person whilst on the premises or property of the owners of Fraai Uitzicht 1798.
